Prenatal Yoga

This 6-week series offers movement, meditation, and breath work supportive of all stages of pregnancy. Each class is uniquely themed to explore aspects of the energetics that are woven throughout pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.  You will gather in practice for 75 minutes followed by 15 minutes of teatime to support wisdom sharing, reflections, and mother-circle building.
